It had nice private bathroom. It had an unbeatable setting adjacent to nearest metro station and almost everything-shops, restaurants, cafe's, metro stations and central Madrid.

Convenient location for exploring, with shops, restaurants, cafes, and metro stations nearby. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. a great spot to stay! 🌟

Good value, recommend. Everything was great, including location and cleanliness. It had a safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven, we loved that. Magnificent location just 5 minutes walk from a huge plaza.

My family and I had a fabulous stay at an apartment in the heart of the city. It was well-equipped and even had a washer/dryer. The staff were very helpful, with a phone number provided for any issues. The SMART TV allowed us to easily switch to our preferred language, and the housekeeping was sufficient. We loved the convenient location, with a deli nearby and a supermarket in the basement of a department store. The area was peaceful and we felt secure. we were extremely satisfied with our experience.

Great location, close to Plaza de Santo Domingo. The beds in our apartment were super comfy! The staff here were really friendly and always ready to help. 😊

Needed a one-night stay before flying home. Other hotels were booked or too expensive due to an event. Arenal Suites Gran Via was reasonably priced and exceeded expectations. Clean, newly renovated, convenient central location off Grand Via. Quiet for sleeping. Professional and helpful staff. Great value for central area.

The location is mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city! The apartment was super clean and had all the necessary amenities including wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The daily cleaning service for the towels and kitchen was a jaw-dropping bonus. The hosts were extremely helpful and even offered a paid airport shuttle service. The express check-in/out made our stay even more convenient. the stay was fantastic, with no pets allowed and a no-smoking policy on site.

Excellent suite with clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Very quiet despite its central location, making it a peaceful place to stay.- Efficient and courteous check-in process with a briefing and handover of the key.

Limited flexibility with the arrival time, causing inconvenience and changes to the schedule. No view from the windows, as they opened into a narrow courtyard, resulting in a gloomy atmosphere.

Great Location: Being located in the heart of Madrid, this apartment is just steps away from the vibrant Gran Via Street and Teatro Rialto. It's like being in the center of the action, with easy access to all the attractions and shopping spots.

Limited Housekeeping: Despite the initial promise of housekeeping once every three days, it only occurred once during my week-long stay. This resulted in dirty floors, overflowing rubbish bins, and a lack of fresh towels.

Two bed/bathroom apartment, beautifully furnished, very clean, comfortable furniture. Large rooms with well-equipped modern kitchen, even has Netflix. Close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. All cultural attractions within walking distance or public transport. Friendly and helpful manager.
